Jake Thornton
Runs the gym floor, group fitness timetable and personal training team, and has led the fitness centre since the studio expansion in 2021.
Bec Halloran
Manages the lifeguard and swim teaching teams, the supervision plan and school swimming, with twelve years in aquatic operations and rescue training.
Tane Wiremu
Leads the Outdoor Base and its bushwalking, canoeing and camping programs, with fourteen years guiding school groups in the Otways and beyond.
Priya Nair
Runs competitions, coaching programs and club partnerships at the sport hub, and built the all abilities sport program from a single session to weekly.
Dev Chandra
Operates the pool plant and maintains buildings and equipment across the sites, holding pool operator qualifications and nine years with Summit.
Morgan Reyes
Coordinates reception, memberships, child safety, emergency planning and incident review, and joined Summit from local government recreation in 2020.
Ollie Baxter
Delivers screenings, inductions and personalised programs, specialising in older adult and adolescent clients, and mentors new trainers on the floor.
Sienna Costa
Supervises the deck, leads monthly rescue drills and teaches preschool and school-age lessons, in her sixth year on the aquatics team.
Harper Quinn
Leads day and overnight bushwalks and canoe journeys for school groups, holds remote area first aid and maintains the trip equipment store.
